Menstrual cup Made of hypoallergenic medical silicone, made in the USA and designed to be used by all girls, teens, women, and menstruating people during our menstrual period.

You insert it easily, like a tampon, it adapts to your vaginal walls and collects menstrual flow instead of absorbing it, making your experience more: comfortable, natural, odor-free, and leak-free.

Short Cup:

For days of MODERATE OR LIGHT FLOW. It is ideal for beginners.

Capacity: 20 ml / Height: 6 cm (including stick) / Diameter: 4.2 cm / Color: Blue

Big Cup:

It is for the days of HEAVY FLOW.

Capacity: 35ml / Height: 7cm including the stick / Diameter: 4.6cm / Color: Transparent

The main difference and benefit of the menstrual cup compared to traditional menstrual products, the cup collect your flow instead of absorbing it.

This prevents bad odors, discomfort and prevents infections.

How to use

To enter:
1. STERILIZE
Sterilize your Bloom cup in boiling water for 7 minutes before using it every month.
2. WASH HANDS
Wash your hands thoroughly (including your nails) and find a comfortable position.
3. FOLD
Fold your cup in any of these 3 ways
4. INTRODUCE
Separate your vaginal lips with one hand and very carefully insert the cup with the other hand.
5. PLACE DOWN
The cup should go lower than a tampon, right at the entrance of the vagina (with the stick inside)
6. REVIEW
The cup should be fully opened to avoid dripping. Check with your finger for any creases. Turn it or pull it out slightly.

To extract:
1. WASH HANDS
Wash your hands thoroughly (including your nails) and find a comfortable position.
2. PULL & PRESS
Relax your muscles, find the stick, and pull it from side to side. Squeeze the cup to break the vacuum before removing it completely.
3. REMOVE & CLEAN
Slowly remove it upright and empty it into the toilet. Rinse your cup with water before reinserting it.

To clean:
1. CLEANING HOLES
Clean the small holes in your cup well before inserting it, as these are what allow for a hermetic seal.
2. WASH WITH SOAP
Wash it frequently with alcohol-free and fragrance-free soaps. Avoid abrasive cleansers.
