Yes, 98% of our products are vegan. Some contain honey. However, none of the products have been tested on animals.

Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate is present in our sustainable line of liquid soaps and shampoos. Although its name may sound similar to common "sulfates," this ingredient is not a sulfate like sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) or sodium laureth sulfate (SLES), which are best known for causing irritation to sensitive skin.

In our case, the Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate we use is plant-based, derived from coconut oil, and is used for its ability to effectively cleanse without over-drying the skin. It does not contain sulfates in its chemical structure.

That said, we understand that some people with allergies or very reactive skin may experience sensitivity even to mild ingredients. Therefore, it's always a good idea to do a patch test before using any new cosmetic product, especially if you have known allergies.
