To ensure that you can reuse your containers as many times as you want, regular cleaning is crucial.

Packaging

We offer bottles designed to be refilled over and over again. Keeping them clean is essential to ensure hygienic and safe use of your products.

Before each re-fill:

  • 1. Rinse

    Wash any residue from your product with clean water.

  • 2. Disinfect

    Use boiling water to reduce the presence of bacteria. You can apply a disinfectant or 70% alcohol and then wash again.

  • 3. Dry

    Use a soft cloth and let the inside dry completely for a few minutes.

  • Remember, if you decide to stop using our bottle, don't throw it away! Deliver it to our store, we take care of closing its life cycle, promoting environmental and social sustainability.

Valves

Keeping them clean is essential for your products to be microbiologically safe.

Before each re-fill:

  • 1. Pump

    Remove the valve and pump out the product residue.

  • 2. Rinse

    Remove the plastic straw from the valve and wash it inside. A thin brush can be helpful in this process.

  • 3. Disinfect

    Mix half a glass of warm water with a little soap and pump the mixture with the valve at least 20 times.

  • 4. Dry

    Let it dry completely before using it again.

  • Be sure to remove any product residue from your valve every week.

    If you have not used the valve for more than 7 days, we recommend pumping 1 or 2 times before using it again without using that product. This will help remove any contaminated residue from the dispenser tip due to exposure.

  • If you have a spray-type dispenser, be sure to clean the nozzle with a brush regularly to remove any dried residue and ensure optimal application.

We manufacture our wall brackets in Colombia with highly durable materials. To keep stainless steel and recycled PET supports looking pristine, it is important to clean them frequently.

For your care:

  • 1. Clean

    Clean with a soft, damp cloth weekly. This will help prevent the buildup of product residue deposits and dirt.

  • 2. Rinse

    Finish by rinsing the wall mount under running water.

  • Avoid using harsh cleaners that may damage the coating of the support.
    Avoid thick sponges that can peel off the coating.
